WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2004, executed by SONYA L PATRICK, UNMARRIED, conveying certain real property therein described to WESLEY D. In describing the foregoing parties and their respective interests in the Property, the undersigned is not giving an opinion, representation or warranty as to the validity of any claim or lien against the Property or the priority of any such claim or lien.
The security agreement between Walden Reserve, LLC and the Creditor grants a security interest in all growing and cut hardwood timber (the Timber) that is located on the real property described above and in the Deed of Trust. A security interest in the Timber in favor or the Creditor, as secured party, is filed in Book 1253, page 259 in the Cumberland County Register of Deeds office. Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 47-9-604, both the Timber and the real property described above shall be sold in accordance with and included in the sale of the real property under this Deed of Trust.
All proceeds of the sale shall be used first to satisfy the indebtedness and obligations secured by the Deed of Trust. After the satisfaction of the debts and obligations secured by the Deed of Trust, any proceeds that are received from the sale that are in excess of the amount necessary to satisfy the Deed of Trust shall be paid to subsequent lien holders and claimants in order of their priority. The sale will be subject to all matters, if any, having lien priority over the Deed of Trust that is being foreclosed, if any.
The undersigned reserves the right to postpone the sale to another time and date certain upon announcement by the Substitute Trustee or his agent at the time and place of sale. The undersigned reserves the right to conduct the sale through his duly appointed agent. If one or more apparently successful bidders fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the sale, the undersigned shall have the right to accept the next highest bid until a bidder whose bid has been accepted shall have complied with the terms and conditions of the sale, all without the necessity of re-publishing notice of the sale.

Notice is hereby given that default has been made in the payment of an indebtedness secured by a trust deed that was executed on June 28, 2000, by Edith R. Pickett to James E.
