NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission amend Order No. 546980 by deleting the 160-acre spacing established thereby for the Woodford common source of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 26, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, Carter County, Oklahoma; that the Commission establish by extension of previous Order No. 535941, 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Woodford common source of supply in the SW/4 of said Section 26; that the Commission establish by extension of previous Order No. 535941, 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Pontotoc, Cisco, Hoxbar, Deese and Dornick Hills common sources of supply in the E/2 SW/4 of said Section 26; that the Commission establish by extension of previous Order No. 555263, 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Springer common source of supply in the E/2 SW/4 of said Section 26; and establish by initial order 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Sycamore and Misener Sand common sources of supply, underlying the E/2 SW/4 of said Section 26.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

The separate allowable to be calculated by the greater of the minimum allowable or the percentage of the well's wellhead absolute open flow potential as determined under the provisions of the rules of the Commission. In the alternative, the Applicant would request an order increasing the unit allowable for the Woodford common source of supply in Section 27 to a definite amount of gas per day, said amount to be determined by the evidence submitted at the hearing and providing that this order be made effective as of the date of first production of the Cosgrove 2H-27 well.

The separate allowable to be calculated by the greater of the minimum allowable or the percentage of the well's wellhead absolute open flow potential as determined under the provisions of the rules of the Commission. In the alternative, the Applicant would request an order increasing the unit allowable for the Woodford common source of supply in Section 21 to a definite amount of gas per day, said amount to be determined by the evidence submitted at the hearing and providing that this order be made effective as of the date of first production of the Cunningham 2H-21 well.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an Order granting an exception to the provisions of OCC-OGR Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11, so as to provide a separate allowable for the Cunningham 5H-21 well for the Woodford common source of supply underlying Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 11 East, Coal County, Oklahoma. The separate allowable to be calculated by the greater of the minimum allowable or the percentage of the well's wellhead absolute open flow potential as determined under the provisions of the rules of the Commission. In the alternative, the Applicant would request an order increasing the unit allowable for the Woodford common source of supply in Section 21 to a definite amount of gas per day, said amount to be determined by the evidence submitted at the hearing and providing that this order be made effective as of the date of first production of the Cunningham 5H-21 well.

Bottomhole Location/Exit from said common sources of supply or terminus point of horizontal well: No closer than 330 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 33. The lateral portion of said horizontal well should be located no closer than 660 feet from the south line, no closer than 330 feet from the east line, and no closer than 330 feet from the north line of said Section 33.

NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS

In accordance with Title 62, Oklahoma Statutes, 2001, Section 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 29 of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, will receive sealed bids on the 11th day of May, 2009, at 11:45 o'clock a.m., at the Superintendent's Conference Room, Administrative Office. Oakdale Public Schools, 10901 N. Sooner, Edmond, Oklahoma, for the sale of $505,000 of General Obligation Building Bonds of said School District, which Bonds will mature $165,000 in two years from their date, and $170,000 annually each year thereafter until paid. The bids will be opened and read and shall be awarded at the first Board of Education meeting held after the bids are due.
Said Bonds shall be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest rate of interest the Bonds shall bear. and agreeing to pay par and accrued interest for the Bonds. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a sum in cash or its equivalent equal to two (2%) percent of the amount of his bid. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids.
