We take our YMCA mission "To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all" seriously!
We want everyone, every family or individual to have an opportunity to belong to the YMCA regardless of their ability to afford the cost of membership and program fees. That is why our Annual Round Table is held. By raising $30,000 our YMCA can fund membership and program scholarships for income eligible families. Financial assistance is available for Day Care and After School Child Care if eligible.
Together we can make a difference! We hope that you will consider a gift to the scholarship fund drive in 2010 and help your YMCA strengthen Daviess County.
MEMORIAL GIFTS
The YMCA deeply appreciates the memorial gifts that the YMCA receives. Over the years many people have named the YMCA and we thank all who have done so. Trustee Bill Summers is available to assist you with more information about how you can make a gift to the YMCA or how you can include the YMCA in your future plans.
MEMBERSHIP TO THE YMCA
At the YMCA, membership means friendship. The YMCA believes that we all need a place to belong. When you become a member of the YMCA, you will find programs and activities for every member of the family.
Members can be part of the broader YMCA mission by working together to solve local problems, reaching out to others, volunteering, or fund raising. Belonging to the YMCA gives members an opportunity to strengthen themselves, their families and their communities.
The YMCA is a membership organization. We offer memberships to families, as well as great membership options for individuals, couples, single-parent families, seniors and youth. All options feature easy payment plans and no contracts.

Membership Card...
Don’t leave home without it!
Your YMCA Membership card is your "passport" to all of the YMCA's great facilities and special member rates to programs. To protect your rights and privileges and for your security, the Daviess County Family YMCA requires all members over the age of five to show their card when entering the facility.
Replacement cards can be made at a cost of $3.
A.W.A.Y. Program
The Daviess County Family YMCA participates in the YMCA of the USA's A.W.A.Y. program. When you become a member, you have access to hundreds of participating YMCA families throughout the U.S. Inquire at the front desk for more information.
