Spirit - Mind - Body

In times of significant stress and uncertainty, our spiritual, mental and physical well-being can take a back seat. Amidst challenges, setbacks and trying to do more with less, we can too easily deplete the resources we need most to be strong and to care for one another.
We want you to know that your YMCA is here for you. We are an integral and invested part of this community, and what you experience, we experience. Use your YMCA to feel empowered: to stat connected, to stay healthy and to stay positive. Whether it's through a group exercise class, child care services or family events, your YMCA is a resource for healthier living.
Inside or outside of the Y, remember the basics:
Stay connected - Make time for friends and family in person, on the phone or online.
Stay healthy - Regular exercise, a healthy diet and a good night's sleep are still your best bets to fight stress and illness.
Stay positive - Remember to be thankful; to cherish and enjoy the people around you. Focus on what you can control and celebrate everyday blessings and small victories.
