Gin Creek Plantation is the most unique wedding destination in America. It is private, secluded and nestled in the surroundings of cotton fields and Southern Belles. With our ten Cabins and Cottages, we can accept overnight guests up to 73 people. This enables you to have those special people stay on the Plantation for the weekend and personally share your special time with them. For those that are not able to stay with us due to ìNo Vacancyî at Gin Creek, we offer special rates at the newest hotel in Moultrie, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites. The Hampton Inn is recommended, as well. For your guests, complimentary shuttles from the hotels on our Motor Coach with designated times for transportation to and from Gin Creek. What a treat!
From our Horse-Drawn Carriages to the Presley Log Cabin, Gin Creek offers the feeling of the Old South. Tradition, Nostalgia, History and Serenity come to mind. We are a full-service wedding destination offering the Minister, florists, photographer, caterer, DJ, even the cakes! These services previously mentioned are available for you, but you may bring your own chosen vendors at no charge.
Imagine having your guests arrive at the Plantation and Tuxedo dressed staff personally escort them by Limo Cart to your wedding ceremony. Afterwards, pick them up at your Reception and shuttle them by Limo Cart to their vehicles. All of the 10 Tuxedo dressed staff members are radio-equipped for your on-time events. All you have to do is relax and sip on Mint Juleps in the 1836 Log Cabin and wait for your call from our staff.
As your guests look across the lake, hearing the steps of the horse pulling the white carriage down the lane, your dream comes true. Cinderella has arrived! As you cascade down the runway to marry your best friend, heart pounding, your beauty abounds. And afterwards, your grand entrance to the Reception into the arch and glassed Galleria with the Gold Chandelier hanging from a draped ceiling, you fall into each otherís arms for your first dance. Is it a dream? No, itís real!
